What You Will Do

• Support Talent Acquisition activities including career fairs, hiring coordination, and recruitment processes.
• Track and maintain Internal Referral Program records, recruitment documents, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate pre‑onboarding activities and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Prepare and manage HR administrative tasks including PR submissions, filing, and document handling.
• Assist in HR events, employee engagement activities, and daily HR operations/projects.
