Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and maintaining system documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and process flows.Support the team in managing incident and service request tickets (logging, tracking, and follow-ups).Perform basic troubleshooting and initial analysis for reported issues.Coordinate with team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents.Assist in SIT and UAT related to Branch Teller System and mobile application.Support daily BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities and administrative tasks.Ensure proper documentation and closure of all assigned tickets.
Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.Java, .NET, MySQL, MS SQL
