Job Description
[What the role is]
The intern will provide administrative support for events, counter duties and residents engagement for Kampong Glam Constituency Office.[What you will be working on]
- Providing administrative, logistical support, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, volunteers, to formulate and execute community programmes and events (e.g. Dialogues, CNY/ND celebrations, festivals, EMA, etc)
- Supporting house-visits and ad-hoc distribution exercises
- Triaging feedback from residents/house visits to the relevant agencies to follow-through
- Providing perspectives on how to deliver national policy priorities to different targeted audiences and support last mile delivery
- Assessing the needs of the community through data-driven approaches and initiate innovative solutions to enhance effectiveness of programmes
