- Develop practical skills in claims review, documentation, Complaint handling & NPS.
- Learn industry standards, compliance requirements, claims systems, billing process and reconciliation.
- Develop analytical and problem‑solving skills through claim review.
- Exposure in warehouse/Inventory management.
