Job Description
Job Title: Intern Procurement Brazil
Summary
The new Intern should help on creating and following up on purchase orders (POs) and on following supplier documentation and delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on supplier order confirmation and delivery date updating SAP
- Follow up on Supplier documentation and keep GeCon (systema de gerenciamento de contratados)
- Negotiate small indirect items
- Create PO
- Guarantee alignment with taxes
- Guarantee the fulfillment of EHS requirements
Qualifications
- Academic background in University Administration or Chemistry
- No working experience required
