Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain digital tools to improve the efficiency of equipment calibration/maintenance and inventory management processes within Singapore laboratory operations.
- Use data analytics concepts/tools to analyse and recommend improvements for equipment performance and inventory demand‑supply needs.
- Participate in end‑to‑end management of laboratory inventory, including quotation requests from vendors, purchasing, receiving, storage, monitoring and disposal of used/expired chemicals and other laboratory consumables.
- Maintain laboratory inventory stores with good 5S practices.
- Understand laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance requirements and ensure release of equipment for use within stipulated due dates.
