What you will do

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:

  • Employee travel & expense claim registration and checking
  • Voucher filing/archiving
  • Other work assigned by manager

    • Who are you?

  • Majors in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (i.e.: Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English written
  • Able to adapt to English system and operation interface
  • Good communication skills, quick learner, diligent and responsible
  • Stable working time (three days per week at least), 6 months for the whole assignment.
