Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver engagements relating to Australian financial services regulation, including
- Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) frameworks
- AUSTRAC compliance, including risk assessments, program design, reviews and remediation
- APRA‑regulated environments, including governance, risk management and control expectations
- Broader ASIC and Corporations Act obligations where relevant
- Assist in reviewing and assessing client policies, procedures and controls against regulatory expectations
- Support remediation programs arising from regulatory reviews, audits or assurance findings
- Maintain awareness of emerging regulatory developments and industry expectations affecting financial services clients
