Internal Growth & Upsell Specialist

Job Description Duties

• Proactively reach out to existing and potentially new customers to assess their needs and identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling.
• Manage and update customer data in the Softsure system.
• Research and identify new business opportunities, and follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the external sales team to provide support and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and competition to identify areas for improvement.
