Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficient flow of goods from receipt to dispatch.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and regular audits, minimizing discrepancies and stockouts.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a safety‑first culture.
- Implement and optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate all internal logistics activities within the cement plant.
- Monitor equipment utilization, productivity, fuel consumption, and operating efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in warehouse or internal logistics operations.
