Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Vein Disease Clinic

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call

COMPENSATION:
- $125,000 to $150,000 Base Salary, depending on experience
