Job Description
We re currently seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to provide locum tenens coverage at a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) site in Los Angeles, CA . This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on delivering holistic care to a medically complex geriatric population.
Position Details:
Start Date: Flexible
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
Duration: 4 6 months (minimum commitment)
Patient Volume: 3 4 visits/day, with scheduled oversight for participants
Panel Size: participants per provider
Daily Census at Day Center:
On-Call: Shared; phone triage only with rare SNF/ER visits
