Internal Medicine opening - Whitefield, NH Position Details - Full-time outpatient opportunity - Flexible schedule with 36 patient hours and 4 administrative hours per week - See 16 Äì22 patients per day, primarily adult and elderly populations - No weekend or holiday shifts - May participate in day-time call rotation (no after-hours call) - EMR: Meditech Expanse (with Dragon dictation) - Supported by RN Team Leader and medical assistant - Participate in community health initiatives and quality improvement projectsResponsibilities - Perform comprehensive medical care: physicals, diagnostics, and treatment planning - Manage acute and chronic medical conditions - Provide preventive care: wellness visits, immunizations, screenings - Prescribe and adjust medications and treatment plans - Coordinate care with specialists as needed - Educate patients and families on disease prevention and lifestyle changes - Maintain accurate and timely...
