ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales Floor: Hire, Train and Mentor reps and supervisors80% of time spent on the Sales Floor with RepsSet monthly Team GoalsLead weekly Sales MeetingsProvide coaching of incoming and outgoing callsTrain all new reps specified by the Training AgendasConduct Sales PresentationsCall dealers as needed to assist repsImplement company policies and proceduresPresent and sell company products and servicesTrain & Develop new dealers as neededParticipate in marketing events as necessaryEnforce Dealer Account Manager Minimum ExpectationsDevelop & maintain sales and marketing materialsOther duties as assigned
