Internal Sales Position – Timber & Builders Merchant

Due to their continued growth and success, we are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Salesperson to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and process sales orders via phone, email, and in person.

Manage a sales ledger, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Offer expert advice on timber and building materials to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Proactively reach out to new and existing customers during quieter periods to generate new business opportunities.
