Internal Sales Representative Cape Town

Responsibilities:

• Verifying incoming enquiries via telephone, email or fax.
• Communicating to relevant personnel regarding credit applications for first-time buyers.
• Maintaining a daybook of all incoming enquiries and submitting quotations.
• Receiving customer orders and reviewing them against quotations.
• Processing all acceptable orders.
• Resolving any variances between orders and quotations.
• Generating and processing buy-out orders to approved suppliers, including work-in-progress orders.
• Liaising with the Managing Director and General Manager of Product Champion on technical issues.
• Participating in quarterly stock takes.
• And all other related duties that might be required by management from time to time.

• Back-to-back orders from customers signed off by Internal Sales Manager.
