Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Verifying incoming enquiries via telephone, email or fax.
- Communicating to relevant personnel regarding credit applications for first-time buyers.
- Maintaining a daybook of all incoming enquiries and submitting quotations.
- Receiving customer orders and reviewing them against quotations.
- Processing all acceptable orders.
- Resolving any variances between orders and quotations.
- Generating and processing buy-out orders to approved suppliers, including work-in-progress orders.
- Liaising with the Managing Director and General Manager of Product Champion on technical issues.
- Participating in quarterly stock takes.
- And all other related duties that might be required by management from time to time.
