Job Description
- Ensure accurate accounting for acquisitions and earn-out structures in close cooperation with the International Consolidation team
- Own and manage accounting related to the setup, structuring and funding of new holding companies supporting acquisitions
- Manage cash accounting and expense postings across all holding companies within scope
- Ensure that expenses are appropriately capitalised in line with accounting standards and internal policies
- Oversee accounting for service companies supporting Acrisure's presence in the Lloyd's of London market
- Collaborate with the International CFO and Corporate FP&A to support regular forecasting and planning of holding company expenses
- Lead implementation and roll-out of corporate systems and tools (e.g. FloQast, Kyriba integration with Workday) to automate and streamline accounting and reporting processes
