Obstetricians and Gynaecologists work in regional and tertiary hospitals. Clinical activities may include:

• Labour and birth care, including care for high-risk pregnancies and delivery management
• Antenatal and postnatal inpatient and outpatient care
• Diagnosis and treatment of gynaecological conditions
• Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning
• Colposcopy, fertility care, surgical gynaecology and emergency obstetric or gynaecological care
