What the Role Entails

Serve as regulatory counsel for the company’s cloud and content businesses in market, owning end-to-end regulatory and compliance strategy, with a particular focus on license and permit applications, statutory registrations, and the localization, gap-analysis and implementation of newly enacted laws across relevant jurisdictions.

Partner closely with business teams to understand product roadmaps, deal structures and go-to-market plans; identify regulatory exposures in advance, and deliver practical, business-aligned legal advice through regular on-site engagement with local commercial, product and policy stakeholders.
