International Student Services Specialist

Heriot-Watt University Malaysia is looking for a professional to join the Global Student Office in Putrajaya, tasked with managing international student pass and visa applications, providing guidance to enhance the student experience, and supporting cultural integration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role includes responsibilities in visa processes and engaging international students during their transition to Malaysia.
