• Providing product information and answering customer questions
• Cross-selling related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
• Explaining the benefits and functions of products, including how to set them up, prepare them for use and operate them correctly for the best results
• Accepting and processing customer payments and returns
• Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor by organizing items and replenishing stock
• Promoting special sales, offers, store loyalty programs, store credit cards and special events
• Remaining up to date on the latest products in the warehouse
