Key Responsibilities
Performance & Reporting
- Assist in the preparation and enhancement of consolidated monthly Performance Packs , including Power BI dashboards and Microsoft PowerPoint presentation materials , covering:
- Financial performance
- Operational performance
- Relevant external / market information
- Speaker notes for internal Power BI presentations
Planning & Budgeting
- Support the preparation of Operating Unit (OPU) Annual Plan & Budget updates , including but not limited to:
- Operational inputs
- Financial data
- Key assumptions
- Budget basis and strategic rationale
- Supporting documentation and explanatory notes
- Proposing and supporting new initiatives to enhance teamwork and upskilling within the department
