Responsibilities
Responsible for administrative tasks, performing data entry, screen incoming phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining office supplies, preparing documentations, arranging interviews.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management , Business Administration , Management , or related fields.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts is an added advantage.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle filing, data entry & documentation accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia & English .
- Comfortable interacting with staff and external parties.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
