Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for administrative tasks, performing data entry, screen incoming phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining office supplies, preparing documentations, arranging interviews.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management , Business Administration , Management , or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts is an added advantage.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle filing, data entry & documentation accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia & English .
  • Comfortable interacting with staff and external parties.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
