Job Description

In this position, you
will be part of the Information Security Governance team and will support the
Information Security Governance Specialist as well as the external Data
Protection Officer. You will help ensure GDPR compliance, maintain privacy
documentation and contribute to the group-wide information security awareness
program.

YOUR TASKS

  • Maintain and update privacy documentation (e.g., Record of Processing Activities)
  • Support in drafting and updating Data Processing Agreements
  • Assist in creating and maintaining privacy notices, procedures and internal policies
  • Support in Data Protection Impact Assessments
  • Assist in privacy audits and internal compliance checks
  • Monitor privacy-related inboxes, triage requests, and ensure timely responses
  • Help design, implement and monitor the annual information security awareness program
