Internship for Operations

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Work with store teams to understand hiring needs and support manpower planning.
• Help organize training, engagement activities, and employee recognition efforts.
• Support employer branding through career fairs and social media.
• Track and report on hiring metrics and staffing trends.
• Handle basic HR operations like documentation and coordination with other teams.
