What You’ll Be Involved In:
- Recruitment & candidate screening
- Arranging interviews & supporting onboarding
- Updating HR records, databases & documentation
- Assisting with payroll coordination, KPI & attendance tracking
- Supporting employee engagement activities & prepare HR communications & announcements
- Involvement in HR projects related to policy, compliance & admin tasks
- Supporting in incident compilation, review & reporting aligned with ISO, PDPA and internal policies
- Assist in incident findings, follow-up actions & preventive tracking
