Job Description

  • Assist in handling export documentation and shipping arrangements.
  • Coordinate tanker delivery activities from supplier to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support import processes including document preparation, shipment tracking, and coordination with suppliers and forwarding agents.
  • Assist procurement team on import‑related matters and logistics coordination.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and update shipment status records.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, reports, and filing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, transporters, and external service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics requirements.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
