Swisscanto Asset Management International S.A. is the Luxembourg-based Management Company and part of the Zürcher Kantonalbank Group.

Within the Legal & Compliance team, we ensure the compliance of the Management Company and the managed funds with legal and regulatory requirements through the assessment of procedures and policies. We also ensure that service providers, such as the Depositary Bank, and distribution partners operate in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal standards. The team is also responsible for the due diligence of those service providers, regulatory oversight, monitoring of distribution networks and marketing compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
