About the Role
Administrative support in HR and payroll activities
Issuing employee certificates and confirmations
Archiving documents in electronic personnel files
Preparing reports and HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, employee letters)
Supporting payroll list verification
Administrative support in the employee benefits area

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, tables)
Interest in developing within HR, payroll, and benefits administration
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data
Good work organization and teamwork skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle basic tasks independently after onboarding
