Job Responsibilities:
- HUMAN RESOURCES (ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT)
- Support planning, coordination, and documentation of Organizational Development initiatives, including performance management and training programs.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions while managing materials, communications, and Organizational Development documentation.

- Support Industrial Relation activities, including awareness programs, training sessions, and preparation of reports or documentation (e.g., Domestic Inquiries, PIP)
