We are seeking a committed and proactive Intervention Tutor to support secondary-aged students across schools in Teesside and Redcar. This role focuses on delivering targeted academic and pastoral intervention to help learners close gaps in learning, improve confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
The Role
Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions across KS3 and KS4
Support students in core subjects (English, Maths, or Science preferred)
Identify learning gaps and implement structured intervention programmes
Monitor progress and provide clear feedback to teaching staff and pastoral teams
Support students with SEND, SEMH needs, or those at risk of disengagement
