Inuit Employment Planning Manager Position

Drive pre-employment training initiatives for Nunavut Inuit with the Government of Nunavut. This leadership role encompasses advising and implementing strategic planning aligned with community needs.

Reporting to the Director of Pre Employment Training, the Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of comprehensive PET plans. You will analyze workforce needs while ensuring that training frameworks align with the objectives of Article 23 and enhance representation within GN roles. Your leadership will guide assessments and encourage stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the refinement of PET initiatives for Inuit candidates
• Guide departments in implementing effective PET planning
• Monitor plan effectiveness and maintain a comprehensive database
• Foster strong community partnerships for training delivery
• Help recruit and support Inuit individuals in GN programs
