Inventory Analyst (Jiutepec)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability of inventories of purchased and manufactured materials through the programming of monthly cycle counts, as well as the analysis of variations.
• Analyze and capture counts in QAD system.
• Compliance with the monthly cycle counting program.
• Review implementation of engineering changes.
• Generate the monthly cycle counting program.
• Analyze variations in cyclic counts.
• Adjust cycle counting discrepancies in QAD system.
• Generate the daily report of negatives with analysis of purchased part numbers.
• Validate that FG and 6‑PAB transactions are processed correctly.
• Coordinate and lead the annual physical inventory with profit and loss analysis.
• ABC classification of part numbers.
• Record unplanned entry/exit transactions in the system.
