To ensure accurate data entry relating to inbound and outbound order processing, stock variance, batch rotation, container receiving, local import receiving, physical inventory processing, printing of various reports, startup.

• Graduate specialized diploma
• Good communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience in the same role
• Experience in SAP is an added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word

• Collaborate with procurement, clearance & warehouse team to schedule inbound. Capture inbound number in SAP and arrange to provide pertinent shipment document to receiver enabling the receiving process through PDT.
• Report shipment deviations to procurement; always ensure accuracy in receiving & record keeping and sharing to assist in inventory management.
