Support operational integrity at NAPA Corporate Stores as an Asset Management Coordinator in South Eastern Ontario. Focus on compliance, inventory accuracy, and store management coaching.
This pivotal role involves monitoring and improving store operations across multiple locations. You'll evaluate store inventories, handle cash control processes, and ensure compliance with Asset Management Programs. Your problem-solving skills will be vital in addressing potential fraud, Health & Safety issues, and retraining store employees for optimum performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate NAPA Corporate Stores four times yearly
• Oversee operational aspects including returns and cash
• Provide inventory standards and support physical counts
• Retrain employees and guide new Store Managers
• Conduct investigations regarding theft and safety issues
