Job Description
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Create order plan and issue purchase order to group companies.
- Master management - Maintain and ensure master cost and products are up to date.
- Logistics Operations: Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all logistics activities.
- Manage and optimize logistics processes.
- Track and ensure shipment arrives on time.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate and communicate with other departments (e.g., Sales, external warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and resolve inventory discrepancies or logistics issue in a timely manner.
