Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring stock levels are optimized to meet production or sales requirements. Monitor and track stock movements (inbound and outbound) to ensure accuracy in inventory records. Implement strategies for inventory turnover and reduce stockouts or overstock situations. Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and prevent losses. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory methods as required. Collaborate with the purchasing department to align inventory with demand forecasts.
