Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Executive to support daily logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for shipment coordination, inventory management, ERP/WMS operation, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth operational flow and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor overseas shipments from China and local supplier deliveries with suppliers and appointed 3PL forwarders, including shipment schedule follow-up, delivery arrangement, and shipment status tracking to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage delivery arrangements between 3PL providers and warehouse operations to ensure timely inbound and outbound activities, proper coordination, and smooth inventory flow.
