Job Description
As an Investment Analyst, you will source and evaluate investment opportunities, lead due diligence across financial and commercial workstreams, build financial models, and prepare investment memos and reports to support deal execution from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing:
Deal Sourcing & Evaluation
- Identify and assess new investment opportunities in the market
- Conduct initial valuations and thorough industry and company research to support investment decisions
Due Diligence Management
- Take the lead in coordinating due diligence activities across financial and commercial workstreams
- Work closely with external advisors, consultants, and other third parties to ensure a smooth evaluation process
Financial Modeling & Investment Reporting
