Investment Analyst (Oil & Gas)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and commercial analysis of investment opportunities across the Oil & Gas value chain.
• Develop and maintain financial models, valuation models, and investment scenarios for capital projects, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Perform economic evaluations including NPV, IRR, payback period, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze industry trends, commodity price movements, energy markets, and macroeconomic factors affecting investment decisions.
• Support due diligence activities for mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
• Prepare investment papers, business cases, management presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments and identify value enhancement opportunities.
