CONFIDENTIAL | FAMILY OFFICE INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE - REAL ESTATE Position Overview: A Single Family Office with diverse business, investment and philanthropic activities is seeking an Investment Associate to join its real estate team. The real estate platform seeks to partner with sponsors / operators to provide joint venture, preferred and programmatic equity across a variety of asset classes with a value-add / opportunistic risk profile.
Key Responsibilities:
-Thoughtfully and efficiently evaluate / screen potential investment opportunities within current and new investment strategies across all real estate asset classes -Model, sensitize and interpret investments / return analysis using Excel and Argus including operating cash flows, debt facilities, and joint venture waterfalls --Assist in due diligence process of new acquisitions
