Investment Banking Senior Analyst

The Investment Banking Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing corporate finance and strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions.

**In this role, you’re expected to:**

+ Work with senior Investment Banking officers and professionals and participate in client transactions projects or assignments as the junior member of the Investment Banking team
+ Understands accounting concepts, reviews and extracts information from financial statements/filings, and incorporates it into financial analysis
+ Prepare marketing materials, valuation and statistical exhibits etc. for pitches and live deals
+ Build efficient and accurate financial models/analyses
+ Source market/industry/product information to conduct research independently
+ Reviews and delivers work in a timely manner
