We’re hiring an Investment Director – Natural Capital (LATAM focus)

Nature Development Company is building Global Nature Capital I (GNC I) – a USD 100M impact fund investing in high-integrity afforestation, reforestation & revegetation (ARR) projects across Latin America.

We combine on-the-ground development capabilities with an institutional investment platform to scale natural capital assets that deliver both impact and attractive returns.

We are now looking for an Investment Director to join us at a pivotal stage.

This is a senior role with responsibility for building and leading the investment function.

What you’ll do

• Lead deal execution end-to-end (structuring, DD, closing)
• Drive investment processes and IC materials
• Support fundraising & investor relations
• Oversee portfolio performance and reporting
• Help build the investment platform and team over time
