Job Description
Job Title: Investment Manager (Renewable Energy)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead financial modelling, valuation, and structuring of investment opportunities (greenfield, brownfield, and acquisitions)
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation
- Coordinate with legal, technical, insurance, and commercial advisors
- Support negotiation of key agreements (e.g., Share Purchase Agreements, EPC, O&M, Power Supply Agreements)
- Drive transactions toward financial close, including lender engagement and financing processes
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for project finance and M&A transactions
- Conduct sensitivity analysis on key variables (tariffs, capex, financing structure, etc.)
- Evaluate project returns, risk profiles, and bankability
- Support model audits and respond to lender and investor queries
