Responsibilities- Prepare morning write-ups featuring 2–3 market ideas to support daily sales engagement.
- Coach and educate salespersons on structured products through group seminars or 1-on-1 sessions.
- Participate in joint appointments with sales teams to articulate market outlook and relevant investment ideas for clients.
- Collaborate with the product and sales team to generate actionable investment content tailored to client profiles.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in investment advisory, sales trading, or wealth management.
- Strong understanding of macroeconomic trends, especially related to U.S. and Hong Kong equity markets.
