Investor Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement
Manage investor relations activities including earnings calls, AGMs, analyst meetings, and investor roadshows
Act as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, FIIs/FPIs, analysts, and shareholders
Prepare investor presentations, earnings scripts, management commentary, and Q&A briefs
Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and research analysts
Support leadership during investor interactions and strategic communication initiatives

Financial Reporting & Disclosures
Ensure timely financial disclosures and compliance filings with BSE/NSE and SEBI regulations
Coordinate preparation of annual reports, investor presentations, press releases, and fact sheets
Analyze analyst reports and maintain investor/analyst coverage trackers
Manage and update the Investor Relations section of the company website
