We are working on behalf of an Australian corporation in the construction/HVAC space. They operate across Australia with a strong footprint and solid brand recognition. This role will cover all general invoicing functions. The duties to be taken over are as follows:
 
Key Responsibilities

• Regular use of Pronto CRM.
• Utilizing uptick technician softwa
• Manage daily invoicing, job costing, and contract setup within Pronto, maintaining accurate asset and service data across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with all OH&S policies and actively contributed to safety initiatives and training.
