Job Description

Job Title: IP Legal Secretary
Salary: £55,000
Location: Central London
Hybrid: 3 Office : 2 Home
Our client, a renowned intellectual property specialist, is seeking an experienced individual to provide secretarial support to a team of IP solicitors. It is essential that you have prior experience supporting IP lawyers, ideally within contentious IP (litigation).
Expected duties include:
Drafting and formatting a range of correspondence and formal legal documentation
Assisting with the preparation and review of legal agreements
Providing day-to-day administrative support, including organising files, managing inboxes, and handling document scanning and copying
Communicating with clients and third parties via email on behalf of solicitors
Carrying out conflict checks in line with firm procedures
