Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Detailed knowledge of painted vehicle quality & aesthetics and its improvement.
• Advanced conversational English (essential, will be evaluated).
• English proficiency (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all paint shop operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance paint shop efficiency and reduce costs.
