Work model: Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid). This role contributes to the ABB IS Services based out in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Administration, management, and optimization of business‑facing services related to License Servers Support and SMTP/RedHat architecture and infrastructure.
• Accountable for technical support groups, supervising internal and vendor teams to ensure compliance, optimal performance, and service availability.
• Provide technical support to remediate issues impacting services, resolve conflicts, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, operational procedures, and contingency plans for responsible services.
